Madison County Released Inmates is privately owned and unaffiliated with any government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer-reporting service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. This is not an investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.
Nature of the Service
This private reference site stores no official Madison County or Florida records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request or court paper, or act for an agency. Its pages point toward jail release records, corrections searches, court sources, facility contacts, and outside research tools.
Acceptable Use
Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming others or the service. In particular, users may not:
- violate a law or another person’s rights;
- stalk, harass, threaten, or target another person;
- make a hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated decision from site content;
- attempt unauthorized access to an account, server, or connected system;

No Consumer Reports
Madison County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Users agree not to apply site or linked-tool information to employment decisions, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance pricing, licensing or government-benefit eligibility, or any other purpose governed by the FCRA.

Links may lead to Sheriff and corrections sites, release records, courts, legal resources, federal locators, or commercial search tools. A link is not an endorsement. The outside operator controls its content, uptime, pricing, privacy practices, and terms, and visitors should review those terms before using the service.
No Warranties
The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that information will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, free from defects or security flaws, or matched by a partner’s full search results.
Custody and public-record data can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Madison County Sheriff, FDC, a court, or another public agency.
Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madison County Released Inmates and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site or an outside resource.
User Indemnity
A user agrees to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that user’s conduct, misuse of information, or breach of these terms.
Ownership
Unless another owner is identified, the site’s original text, graphics, logo, layout, and code belong to Madison County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission or a lawful exception.
Changes and Access
These terms may be updated at any time, and a new version takes effect when posted. Access may also be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time and without advance notice when the operator considers that step appropriate.
Florida Governing Law
Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that must be filed in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within Florida.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. The affected language will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
